Nicholas is passionate about stories and dedicated to preserving voices and experiences that might otherwise be lost. He has a deep interest in listening to and learning from the stories of others, especially those who have shaped the heart of the community over decades.

Nicholas is an arts practitioner, educator and advocate working at the intersection of creative practice, accessibility and social justice. With a background in professional music production and audio engineering at internationally renowned studios including Abbey Road and AIR Studios, he brings deep industry insight to his work. Nicholas is also a qualified primary teacher and digital specialist with experience in oral history, museum education and inclusive learning design. His advocacy is informed by lived experience and professional practice, driving a commitment to amplifying marginalised voices, challenging systemic barriers and embedding accessibility and equity across arts, education, and cultural institutions.
